  • Are your products good for sensitive skin?
    Yes! As someone who has delicate skin, we make sure that our ingredients are organic and food grade quailty.
  • How long will it take for me to get my order?
    Processing time takes at maximum 7-10 business days. We ask that you let us know if you have not received your order within to 14 days. In the event that there are issues or delays with your order, we will inform you asap.
  • If I don't like a product can I exchange it for something else?
    Absolutely! Essential Oils smell differently on everyone so there is a great chance that our fragrant will smell one way in the jar and another on your skin. If you don't like the product, please let us know and we'll try to assist you with a scent that better suits you.
  • Can I change my shipping method after I place an order?
    Sadly no. If there are error in your order, please email and we will try to rectify it to our best ability.
  • What happens if I want to cancel an order?
    Since each order is personally created, once orders have been placed you have 12 hours to cancel. Once a product has been made and shipped you can not cancel. In the event you change your mind once you receive the package, you can reject the unopened package at delivery and return to sender. Once we receive your package we will send you a email and refund your purchase.
